With over 500 enquiries in under 4 hours the FuelPod Mk2 was the most popular exhibit at the recent Biodiesel Expo. Using components and processes usually only found in large commercial scale plants (amberlite dry wash / purification & methylate dosing) it set itself apart from all other small scale biodiesel processors. Moreover it was deemed as the only 'safe to use' home scale processor at the show. The FuelPod range can produce up to 100 litres (typical) per batch, making them an ideal biodiesel processor for personal use. With change to HMC&E legislation, you are now able to produce up to 2,500 Litres of biodiesel / annum without the need of registering or paying fuel duty - currently saving 30p / Litre. (Allowance is 2500Ltrs per processor) Also available from May 2008, we are offering customers a complete raw material starter pack, including 50Ltrs of used cooking oil (UCO), methanol and catalyst - all you need to make biodiesel the same day you receive your processor, from just 15 pence per litre! These processors can create up to 2,000 litres of biodiesel in 24 hours, the smallest capable of 150Ltrs / 8 hours. But as this is a modular system, if you choose a smaller processor you can always expand it at a later date. (See spec sheet attachments below) With its simple, yet highly functional design, you can be making biodiesel the very same day you recieve the processor. Just add oil, menthanol, catalyst, tap water and electricty! Its made to be as simple as possible, using valves, and clear plumbing where ever possible so you can see whats happening. We now offer biodiesel purification with Amberlite, the industry standard ion exchange resin dry wash system.
