Overview
Green Fuels FuelMatic biodiesel processors will handle new and processed used vegetable oils direct
from the press or storage tank. FuelMatic processors can be supplied as complete systems or as
components to upgrade existing systems.
With capacities ranging from 5,000 - 150,000 litres per day the systems have been proven to produce an EN14214
quality fuel, a process that is guaranteed with full automation*.

Basic Components
Oil Pre-Heat - Stainless Steel insulated tank to preheat oils to reaction temperature, designed to
heat 350 litres in 30 minutes. System specified with 12KW oil preheater but can easily be upgraded to utilise
a glycerine or press cake burner if required.
Reactor - Includes: Stainless steel insulated reactor tank, baffles, ATEX approved air operated or
electrically operated pump, air ejector system for methanol recovery, control box, ATEX approved methanol
and methylate dosing system, batch counters, load cells for accurate feedstock measurement. The reactor
allows the production of various batch sizes to a maximum 500 litres per 45 minute cycle via three reaction
channels.
Glycerine Separator (Patent pending) – Allows separation of glycerine from raw biodiesel as
soon as reaction is complete. Basic separator has a maximum capacity of 35 litre per minute and comes fully
insulated.
Automatic glycerine draining can be integrated for as well.
Amberlite BD10 DRY – Biodiesel purification ion exchange resin, requires no water or
replaceable filtration.

Green Fuels Biodiesel Purification System – Designed to wash and dry fuel to meet ASTM and EN standards.
Includes, buffer / recirculation tank, purification column, process pump and controls.

Optional Extras:
Final Polishing – 3 micron final filtration – cellulose based filters.
Skid and Stainless Steel Pipework – To provide suitable containment, secure mounting, easy relocation
and full integration of the whole system.
Glycerine Pyrolysis Burner and Heat Exchangers - To use glycerine to heat the oil for the reactor
and also the biodiesel for the centrifuge.
We are undertaking final compliance testing of equipment to ensure emissions meet regulatory requirements.
Shipping Container - Fully fitted to contain system. Includes ATEX approved lighting etc.
Semi Automated Controls – To include automation per batch cycle including automatic glycerine draining
Full PLC Control - To fully automate the whole system via a PLC controller and air operated valves
to almost eliminate operator input. This includes all sensors required to allow a guaranteed EN14214 quality output.
