Overview
All of our processors with a capacity greater than 1,000 litres per day can be fully automated and come with a process guarantee to meet EN14214 standards if certain parameters are met. With washing we always offer the most cost effective systems as we do not believe in selling products that require the continual purchase of large amounts of consumables. We recommend centrifugal washing for larger commercial applications and water and bubble wash systems for smaller systems. We can offer dry wash systems that use specially developed resins that require no replaceable filtration and have running costs less that half of unreliable and potentially harmful magnesium silicate (talcum powder) systems. All of our systems are well proven and our large commercial scale processors have over 170,000 operating hours producing an EN14214 specification fuel which in many cases is sold directly to the fuel majors within Europe.
